Your home away from home
Seafront studio Camisón beach is located in Playa de las Américas, close to Playa El Camisón. Our studio is at Parque Santiago III. This complex offers outdoor swimming pools, bicycles, some water sports facilities, a fitness centre and a garden.
Our studio is located on the beach. The terrace overlooks the beach. Our studio has free WiFi.
The studio has 1 bedroom, a kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a flat-screen TV.
The complex has a hot tub. There is a playground and you can snorkel and surf near Studio Camisón beach.
Aqualand Costa Adeje is 4.6 km from the property, while Golf del Sur is 16 km away. Tenerife Sur Airport is 18 km from the property. Siam Mall and Siam Park is 3 km form the property.

Booking conditions
We rent our studio to friends, acquaintances and family. And we are happy to expand our circle of acquaintances.
You can book our studio under the following conditions:
- at least five consecutive days
- payment in advance
- cancel, with refund, can up to 45 days prior to the stay
- only for adults, not children
- rental price € 145,= (in the period 15 January to 5 December)
- rental price € 220,= (in the period 5 December to 14 January)
- cleaning costs € 85,=
